Another new year means more and more people are looking toward their goal of losing weight. When you are trying to slim down a combination of a healthy diet and routine exercise is important. A healthy diet doesn’t just mean cutting out certain foods. You should also pay attention to  your daily intake of vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, fiber and lean proteins.
