The Most Important Meal of the Day

We’ve all been told how important breakfast is, but until now there hasn’t been much research zeroing in on why it is so important. A recent study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, took a look at the effects of breakfast on the obese. Two groups were formed – one that ate breakfast and one that fasted. The researchers found those that ate breakfast increased their physical activity in the morning. While nobody lost weight, it is important to note that an increase in physical activity is a key factor to successful weight loss and management. Check out the whole study below:
