General Orthopedic Physical Therapy:
Therapy for common musculoskelatal conditions such as strains, sprains, tendonitis, bursitis, osteoarthritis, post fracture and surgery (including joint replacement), frozen shoulder, and tennis elbow.
Sports Medicine:
Therapy specific to rehabilitation of the athlete from the college to high school level. Therapy is generally faster paced depending on the status of the athlete.
Spine Rehabilitation:
Many different orthopedic/manual (hands-on) techniques are utilized including myofascial release, strain/counter strain, and joint mobilization to name a few.
Spine stabilization exercises are incorporated into all patient programs. Spine stabilization teaches patients to maintain the spine in a neutral position to protect it from strain, and prevent future episodes of pain. All patients are taught an appropriate home exercise program for self-maintenance.
