Wellness Center

After the initial wellness assessment, our staff will design an exercise program tailored to you and your goals. We have installed Keiser Air Resistance equipment, used by over 600 facilities and proven to be the equipment of choice to maintain strength, balance, endurance, flexibility and posture throughout their lives.

But it doesn’t end there – routinely our staff will monitor your progress and make adjustments to your program to assure that you achieve your personal goals. Our philosophy, simply stated, is that if we design the exercise activity, we are responsible for monitoring your response to that activity. We are goal-oriented!
